We have just purchased this boat which we are re-fitting over the winter. As you can see from the photo's it has a crude construction over the wheel house and a blank canvass below decks. Wish us luck. Any help and advice would be appreciated.

We lifted the Lazy Lady out of the water Wednesday at 3pm and lowered her in our garden at 5pm only a distance of 8 miles. I have started taking everything out ready to re-fit, we are still working on the design for the innards and still searching for an engine and other peccary bits to make her go.

         

Bob Knowles gave me the best price for an engine I collected it a couple of weeks ago when I picked up the now re-condition leg. I lifted the lump in with the aid of a fork truck. Fitted new helm,  cable and transom bracket and new morse single leaver and cables. We have also added 2x 120 APH batteries.
 

    

We have now moved the galley into the wheelhouse.
